Email Attachment Issues
I'm using Outlook 2010 with all the latest updates.
I'm having various intermittant problems with attachments to emails.
Issue 1: When I send an email with an attachment to a group of people, some people get the attachments, some don't (no matter what the attachment is).
Issue 2: Some people can see the attachments, but if the attachment is in Word 2010, they can only open it through wordpad, even though they have Word 2007.
Issue 3: Some people are unable to open any Word documents at all, so I always have to send as pdf.
I have tried to figure out if has anything to do with my ISP or their ISP.
I am having the same problems whether email is sent via my ATT/Yahoo email or my work email that goes through fatcow.com.
It seems that the majority of people in the category of Issue 1 (above) are RoadRunner accounts.
I can't guarantee it's limited to RoadRunner though.
One person who has Issue 2 (above) uses AOL email.
This is really frustrating.

This error can be due to some configuration requirements for you system. If your computer hardware is not up to par, then make sure you upgrade where necessary before continuing.
