Problem with IE streaming files

I have problem with IE 9 (it was the same with IE 8).
The problem is that some links which are supposed to open some streeming file (On-line radio for example) or video clip simply doesn't work.
A new tibe on which is written "ieframe.dll " is opened and
seems to load but the content is "Diagnose connection problem".
It's very annoying, practicly I can't watch almost all videos in Microsoft website  (the videos for IE 9 ).
I tried everithing, reverting everithing to default , i seek in wmp for problem, the
settings of Comodo IS.
I don't have any success.
But the problem is with IE, everithing is all right with FF.
I'm using W7 Home Premium SP 1 x64.
