Adding programs/icons to windows touch screen

How do I add icons to the touch screen?  example:Microsoft office (Word, EXCEL, etc.)
Are there new programs to put on this screen other than all these games?

You may try the steps below and check if the issue gets fixed.
Lets create a shortcut to the programs on your computer and check.
1.      You first need to locate the icon for the program, drive, folder, or document for which you need to create the shortcut on the start menu or in the Computer, Network, or Document Windows.
a.Click on computer
b.Click on C drive.
c.Click on Program files.
d.Open the program and right click on the icon which you want to make as shortcut-> follow step 2.

Right-click the program, folder, or document icons and then select Send to –> Desktop on the icon’s shortcut menu.
