everywhere.
The entire laptop is useless.  I have spent more hrs.
on the phone - with ..
that is not covered - you pay $150.
MORE!!  I cannot deal w/ this laptop - always no response - i cant figure out how the memory is so full...
bought in Sept.
2010.  My
son I am sure hides many things..
which I cannot access.  Is my only recourse to set the useless thing to fix it :  go back to factory install version?
