On startup, I have 10 to 12 windows that pop open and applications auto-run. Aweful! HELP!

When I restart my computer, On startup, I have 10 to 12 windows that popup.  They every folder in the following location - C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup.  I changed the name of the folder to something else, but it doesn't
stop the problem.  Even programs in this folder will run.  Does anybody recognize this or know a solution? 

Should I reallocate everything from this folder to somewhere else?
