Does anyone have any idea why I am getting an 'Object doesn't support this property or method' error for the code line below?

You probably have the error trapping setting set to "Break On Unhandled Errors".
When this is in effect and you create an instance of an object (Ufrm in your case), error trapping will break on the instancing code (the Show method in your case) if any error
occurs within the object.
In VBA, go to to Tools menu, choose Options, then the General tab.
There, change the Error Handling setting to "Break In Class Module".
Re-run your code.
The debugger will take you to the actual line of code within the form's code
module that is causing the problem.
The problematic code is within the form's code module, not with the Show method itself.
