Is there a way I can add a NEW category?.

In the one datalabel you can show whatever information you want.
For example, if you wanted to append some additional information to the value already in a datalabel:

If there is only one point per series then I guess you could use the legend to display another piece of information - the simplest way would be to change the series name in the source data.
