my webcam works if im on facebook and I take a pic etc...but if i click on the Acer Crystal Eye Webcam Icon on my desktop it will not open.
I've tried the reccomended troubleshooting that my computer suggest but it doesnt fix the problem...i would like to
simply click the webcam icon and it will open up and let me take pics of  myself or misc.
