BSOD with 8gb in Windows 7 64 bit.

I'm having a problem using 8gb of ram with Windows 7 64bit.  My mobo is capable of handling the 8gb.
I used to have 4X1gb and changed to 4x2gb under Windows 7 64bit.  I get the blue screen of death when booting.  The machine generally makes it to the part
of the boot where the windows bar starts running across the middle of the screen prior to the login page.  I took out all of the memory and tested each piece individually.  All worked fine.  I then put 2x2gb in.  Once in A1 and B1, and once in A2 and B2. 
Both setups worked fine.  But, when I put in all four sticks, whamm BSOD.  Any answers out there.
Memory is is Corsair 6400C4dhx, which is supposed to be compatible with my mobo (Asus p5n32e-sli plus).  It's a shame I can't run the 8gb, b/c it is the only
reason I switched to 64bit.
