Corrupt user account not allowing access to Excel 2013?

I have Office Home & Business 2013 tied to my email account.
All of my office applications run fine apart from Excel 2013, I get crashes every time it starts.
 
I followed numerous guides on how to fix this (reinstalling Office, using the FixIt tool, disabling addons etc.) but nothing worked.
 
Then I setup a local account on my machine not tied to an email address.
When I used this account Excel opened perfectly! It seems that only when I'm signed into my account does it fail.
 
How can I go about fixing this issue? Is my user account corrupt somehow?

The faulting module ‘igd10umd32.dll’ listed in the event viewer log is for Intel Graphics driver.
So update the Graphics driver then try to access Excel 2013 and check how it works.
