My laptop is Windows 7 -  64bit operating system.  I have two (2) versions of Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) one of the versions is 64 bit.  The 2nd (seconded) version of IE9, the 'drop down window' "says IE9 "cipher - 256 Bit", I don,t know if that has any bearing.
I would like to delete the 2nd version of IE9, and download IE8.
32bit.
I know it's a silly question but can I still download IE8 32 Bit from Microsoft.com, can't I?
