2) Did you try restarting the computer?
 
 
Check if the same issue occurs in safe mode? In Safe mode; you have access to only basic files and drivers.

I also suggest that you update the drivers for Graphic card and give a try, follow the steps below to update drivers.

Click OK.
 
You may try uninstalling and re-installing the latest drivers for the Graphic card from the manufacturer’s website and check.
