Printer problem after Win 7 SP1 installed

I am unable to print after installing SP1 (Win 7 Home Premium x64).
Printer is HP PSC 1510.
I have reinstalled latest drivers (which worked fine prior to SP1).
Printer software says it is installed properly and Microsoft Fix-It center says that it can't
find any problems.
I cannot print from any program (Word 2003, Adobe Reader, Edit Pad, etc).  Any ideas?

Download SmartPCFixer for Free Now

Disconnect the printer, uninstall HP printer software via add/remove.
Reboot the PC, go to HP

And download/install the full driver/software pkge *before* connecting the printer

Tweak IE Options

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Go to "Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab".
• Uncheck "Enable third-party browser extensions".
• Click "Apply".
  
• Reboot your computer.
