Can I import saved email messages on a flash drive previously from Windows Mail into Windows Live Mail after installing, NOT UPGRADING, to Widows 7?

I had problems with my Windows and was told to install it again.  However, I lost my Windows CD, so I decided to INSTALL Windows 7.  I copied all emails and other information on flash drives.  I have set up email in Windows Live Mail.  Is there any way
to copy/import these saved messages from the prior Windows Mail to Windows Live Mail?

Saving them that way was not the optimum choice.
Create a folder(s) on the Desktop.
Copy the messages to that folder.
Check the properties.
Do they have an eml file extension? If so, you should be able to drag them into a WLMail folder.
Without the eml file
extension, I have no idea if you can get them in WLMail.

2. Open Control Panel.
3. Go to Windows Error Reporting.
