Double Quotation marks

I have html code in cell A1 (excel 2007) and when I copy it to dreamweaver, excel automatically adds quotation marks everywhere I have quotation mark -single and double- already.  Getting rid of the extra " is not going to work because I unfortunately
have to do this for over 500 rows.
I know this is cumbersome but this is what I have to work with now.  How do I get rid of the extra quotation marks?  Thanks.

My guess is that you are going about this the wrong way.  From your description, the HTML code in A1 is a template that you customize with the contents of A2, etc.
So, leave the template in DW and do the customization in DW using the Excel data.  One way to do this is to include a customized version of template into each file you want using the javascript include statement and then customize the lat/long with an additional
call setting the lat/long before invoking whatever function(s) you actually want to invoke.  This is what I would do -- and have done in the past in similar circumstances.
shane, sorry to make it confusing.  Basically this is what i am doing, i have a bunch of coordinate (latitude and longitude)starting in cell A2.
What I am doing is copying A1 and all the coordinate data and pasting it in dreamweaver to create an html page. 
I have over 400 rows of coordinate data but the html stuff in A1 is the same for all.  Does that make sense? 
So when I paste this info to dreamweaver I get the double quotes.  Yes I suppose I can copy each row on an excel worksheet and save it as mht but that is too much work.  If you look at the 3rd to the last line in my last post, I want to end up in dreamweaver
with the following :wkt_f.externalProjection = new OpenLayers.Projection("EPSG:4326");.   Now the copy and replace "" will not work because if you look at the last line there is an extra(only one) quotation mark.  I hope that is a little clearer.
