I had to have my computer repaired, Now I can.t get my mobile data card (broadband Wireless modem) to operate.I cannot get any service from the Server.
I had called them and they stated that when the laptop was repaired.
The Ports were not attached and
cannot open anything.
All other items work from these ports (wirelsee mouse/Printer and I explained this to the technician, He is only thought was call  in a repair service. I feel, that their answer was like the auto machnic says to go and change the air
in your tires.Can you give me any advice?
