Hello, 
I'm still having issues with my Backup process on my laptop, have been for a number f months now.
I have purchased Acronis software for a work around and that works fine. 
However I would still like to resolve the issue, it is really bugging me now.
One of the errors i found is saying it failed to initialise the snapshot manger...
System: Windows 7 Ultimate, 32x86
Any suggestions or fix it links?
