Windows Media Center WMC - Internet TV screen is cutoff during playback

During playback of internet TV in Windows Media Center (for example, when I click on Internet TV, then find "Undercover Boss", it asked me to install a flash plugin which I did) the screen is shifted to the right and almost a 1/3 cut off.
I noticed this
the other day while watching another channel of internet TV but it self corrected after a few seconds of playback.
This time though, it didn't self correct.
Any ideas? Thanks ahead of time.
