Running Win7 SP1 on Toshiba P500.
During installation of Paragon System Backup 11, which allows me to designate a USB backup drive (Z:) it does a full backup.
From then on whenever I start up Windows this program fails to start with the above error messages,
sometimes just one message and sometimes both.
This program (always installed with manufacturers disk) worked well until my main C:/D: had to be replaced.
Can anyone help?
I feel that maybe a Win7 program may be corrupted.

It could be an issue with the USB backup drive which you have created using the Paragon software.
I would suggest you to contact Paragon as it occurs after taking the backup.

In this method we will try to Boot in Safe mode with Networking and see if the error still persists.
- Search "MSCONFIG" and Open.
- Click on Boot Tab
- Tick Safe Boot in Boot Option
- Select Network.
- Click Apply and OK.
- Reboot your System.
