I have used accurate as displayed before on Excel. Now on 2007 I can not find it. Has it been removed? If not where is it at

In the past I have found problems with Excel not giving the correct awnser.
Then I found Accurate as displayed.
When I ran into the same problem with Excel 2007 I could not find a place with Accurate as displayed.
Has it been removed or am I overlooking
it.
