I have two columns with 20 potential rows of data.  Column A is a dollar value and column B is an ROE (expressed as a percentage).  I want to calculate a weighted average ROE, but not all 20 rows will always be filled.  What formula can I place in row 21
to calculate the weighted average ROE of the previous 20 rows while excluding any blank rows above.  Also, if there is an ROE value in column B, it could legitimately be positive or negative.  If Column A is blank, column B will be blank as well.  Thanks.
