BSOD hibernate or shutdown
Hi,
I have been reading some article about the issue, but so far, none of them gave me a solution.
I am using Sony Vaio and all the drivers have already updated because I am using an updating software that allows me to identify and update all old drivers.
I also have bought the software that reads the dmp (minidump - memory), but I am not able to understand what exact is the problem and how to fix it.

Please, let me know if someone have any hints for me.

It is possible either program could be contributing to the error or clashing with Kaspersky.
I missed mentioning one other program that is installed that has been known to cause or contribute to DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE errors and that is Connectify.
so if you reinstall Kaspersky and/or the BSODs reoccur try uninstalling Connectify.
- Click the Start button.
- In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
- Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
- On the right window pane, delete the subkey: "Machine Throttling".
- Restart your system.
