I need to print labels for a year end mailing.  I have 1200 clients on an Excel spreadsheet.  I tried to use MS Word to create the labels.  When I got to the very last step in the process, the export of the Excel data into the labels, I got a message saying
that Word was not responding.
I am working on a networked computer.  My server is in an office 25 miles away.  The administrator there knows nothing about the software that is installed on the servers.  He knows hardware, not software.  We do not have software support.

Open Action Center by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under System and Security, clicking Review your computer's status.
