After restarting my computer (Windows 7,) from recovery disks, and installing BitDefender Total Security, I can't connect to iTunes store.
After restarting my computer (Windows 7,) from recovery disks, and installing BitDefender Total Security, (which I also had before,) I can no longer connect to the iTunes store. Can someone help me, please?
I use Firefox and not Explorer, (but have always used it as well,) and have had iTunes on the same computer, with the same brand of virus protection for over 2 years, but cannot connect to the iTunes Store or my account (program,) anymore. I know that BitDefender
recently updated and came out with a newer version (and LOOKS different than it did before, as far as the icon on the computer,) but I still have the same version (2011,) that I had initially, and don't know if it's something to do with that or my computer
itself, or WHAT.
:(
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
