Anyone know how to get a PCTV remote usb to work?
It worked fine on my system, then I upgraded to windows 7 (a couple years ago now), a few weeks back the remote stopped working (and showing up under devices). Today I tried it again and the pc sees it, Windows just can't install a driver for it. I've
contacted PCTV (pinnacle) and they've said there is no driver they have, it's a Windows driver that should install automatically. I've had no such luck. Anyone have a solution?
I have tried uninstalling and restarting the pc several times, I've tried different usb ports, to no avail.

- Click on the Start button on the Taskbar.
- Type "System Restore" (without quotes) in the Search box and hit Enter or,
- Click on System Restore (when you see System Restore pop up in the list of search results).
