How to Resolve - Macro to disable form field fill in if the form field is hidden?

Macro to disable form field fill in if the form field is hidden

I have a form which hides and unhides different bookmarks based on a drop down selection.
Is there a way to write a single macro which would look at all bookmarks in a given range and if that bookmark is hidden it would automatically change it to disable being able to fill it in? Or do I have to individually write one for each bookmark?

Thanks!

Using your example code:

Somewhere before your IF statement add these two Dim statements:

    Dim rng As Word.Range
    Dim frm As Word.FormField
Then where you say "add something here?" place this code.

            Set rng = ActiveDocument.Bookmarks("Bookmark18").Range
            For Each frm In rng.FormFields
                If frm.Enabled = False Then frm.Enabled = True
            Next
What this will do is enable every form field that falls within the range of your bookmark.

Hope this helps
